Account Registration & Eligibility

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Betting Rules & Void Bets

General Betting Rules
- All bets must be placed before the relevant event's official start time, unless the market is explicitly designated as a live/in-play market.
- The minimum single bet on betbedt is ৳50. The maximum bet per market is determined by betbedt's risk management systems and may vary by event, market type, and player account history.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
- In the event of any dispute about whether a bet was placed correctly, betbedt's internal transaction records shall be the definitive record. betbedt's decision in any bet-related dispute is final.
- All displayed odds on betbedt are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will apply to your wager, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.
Void Bet Circumstances
A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned to the player's real-money balance) in the following circumstances:
- The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed, in accordance with betbedt's sport-specific rules.
- The bet was placed using incorrect or clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. betbedt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to an error.
- The bet relates to an event on which the outcome was known in advance to the player due to a data delay or any other information advantage not available to the general public.
- betbedt has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or irregular betting patterns related to the event in question.
Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events on betbedt. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be brief delays between real-world events and the update of betbedt's in-play odds. betbedt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after a key event has occurred but before the market was suspended, where betbedt's systems determine that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your betbedt wallet. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets, unless the relevant game or bet type is designated as bonus-eligible.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Prohibited Conduct
betbedt maintains a safe, fair, and secure betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud & Identity Deception: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen identity to register or operate a betbedt account.

- Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over betbedt or other players.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your betbedt account and used for betting. betbedt will pursue recovery of any charged-back amounts and close the associated account.

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your betbedt account at any time by contacting betbedt's support team via live chat. Upon a voluntary closure request, betbedt will process any outstanding real-money balance (subject to KYC completion and AML checks) and close your account within a reasonable period. Suspension or Closure by betbedt
betbedt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity related to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, betbedt reserves the right to retain all bonus-derived winnings and may, where legally appropriate, retain real-money balances pending investigation. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betbedt's total cumulative liability to any player, arising from or in connection with their use of the betbedt platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their betbedt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betbedt is Not Liable For:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the betbedt platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss howsoever arising, even if betbedt has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond betbedt's reasonable control, including during peak BPL or T20 World Cup traffic periods.
- Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from access to your account by an unauthorised third party where you have been negligent in protecting your credentials.
- Any loss arising from your own decision to gamble, including losses from bets placed in violation of your own self-imposed deposit limits or session restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit betbedt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which betbedt operates. Players in Bangladesh accept that these Terms are the primary contractual document governing their relationship with betbedt.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute between a player and betbedt, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: All disputes must first be raised with betbedt's 24/7 support team via live chat. The majority of disputes — including bet settlement queries, bonus calculations, and payment delays — are resolved at this stage within minutes.

Amendments to These Terms
betbedt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes in betbedt's product offering, or changes in betbedt's risk management or compliance policies.
When material changes are made to these Terms, betbedt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via a platform notification or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. However, betbedt is not obligated to provide individual notification of every change.
Your continued use of the betbedt platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the betbedt platform and contact support to request account closure.
